Over the course of Kyle’s film career, his work has been featured at numerous film festivals all over the United States. Some of these festivals include, The Oakland International Film Festival in, The Reel Black Men Short Film Showcase, and the DC Black Film Festival. While at these events, Kyle was able to talk at length about his artistic visions and engage with audiences directly about his work.

Kyle’s first-year USC film, Get Off, was accepted into the 2023 DC Black Film Festival. It was a full-circle moment to be recognized for his filmmaking ambitions in his hometown at an event that was established the year he found his passions. 

Get Off’d was also featured at the Reel Black Men Film Showcase, Kyle’s first Los Angeles Film Festival appearance.
